Ciao! My name is Ferdi and here is my story

As I turned eighteen years old and I had allegedly reached the age of responsibility, I gradually stopped remembering my dreams and I started loosing in vitality, creativity and most importantly in emotional agility, the ability to self regulate my emotional state.

I had gradually entered a state of chronic REM sleep deprivation which I lived by and didn't pay much attention to until when things got bad.

With hindsight, I believe that no one should experience what I have experienced and this is why my life's vision is to coach new generations to unlock their REM sleep simply, safely, and reliably.

Our autonomic nervous system connects our head to our body and plays a crucial role for our energy balance.


It comprises two branches:

The orthosympathetic nervous system is responsible for our energy consumption or expenditure

The parasympathetic nervous system is responsible for our energy restoration or intake


Given our digital lifestyle, we tend to overactivate our orthosympathetic nervous system in comparison to our parasympathetic nervous system and, at the end of the day, the two systems can become out of tune.


Breathing at a ten second rhythm has been shown to allow these two systems to re-synchronise themselves and work in tandem at their optimal rhythm of performance.

What is REM sleep and why does it matter?

REM sleep is the dreaming phase of our sleep and, according to the latest progress in neurophysiology, it is essential to our nervous system's adaptability and vitality.
